Cut-to-order honeycomb from this season's harvest. A full frame of raw comb — golden, dripping, the whole thing still warm from the hive when I cut it. Spread it on warm toast, drop a chunk into yogurt, or just eat it straight like candy. The wax is edible and honestly the best part. Each piece is roughly 6"x8" and comes wrapped in parchment.

Harvested from my backyard hives in Hillcrest. My bees forage on lavender, eucalyptus, California sage, and whatever's blooming in the neighborhood — so every harvest tastes a little different. This batch is late-winter, which means more eucalyptus and a slightly mentholated finish. Raw and unfiltered, never heated above hive temperature. You'll see pollen and tiny wax bits floating in it — that's the good stuff.
